2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Madera Doors, LLC® warrants its products by providing to the original consumer purchaser, a LIMITED WARRANTY for a period of TWO YEARS from the original date of purchase. Should any of our products fail due to defects in material or workmanship under normal use with in this TWO YEAR period, Madera Doors, LLC will at its own discretion, repair or replace the defective part.

This warranty does not cover products which are misused, abused, mishandled, improperly installed, improperly stored, changes, modified, or are subjected to extreme temperatures or extreme moisture levels. This warranty is not valid for products used for any purpose other than the purpose for which they were originally intended.

This warranty does not cover the cost of installation, removal, subsequent damage, or transportation of the defective product, regardless of whether work was performed by a contractor, a service company or yourself. This warranty also does not cover weather stripping.

Variations in color and pattern are a natural characteristic of iron doors. Color changes may occur as a result of exposure to light and other elements which are a part of the aging process. These material variations and changes are not covered by this warranty. The client must understand and accept that deadbolts, sashes and locks are available in limited colors and will not match the door color exactly.

In addition, all hinges and slides used in the manufacture of Madera Doors, LLC products are warranted by the manufacture of the hinges and slide. This warranty is passed to the original consumer purchaser by Madera Doors, LLC from the manufacturer and is subject to the conditions as outlined in paragraph two and three above.

THIS WARANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY OF MADERA DOORS, LLC AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL MADERA DOORS, LLC BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE INSTALLATION, USE, OR FAILURE OF ITS PRODUCT.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

To submit a claim under this warranty, contact Madera Doors, LLC. Or send a letter explaining the defect along with a dated sales receipt as proof of purchase to (do not send merchandise unless requested by the Claims Department):
